Is your dental practice mobile? Do you really come to where the client is for Denture and Dental Hygiene care?

Yes, our mobile dental service provides care to clients wherever they are, whether it's in a hospital, retirement living, long-term care home, or their own house. We start off with an over-the-phone consultation and then proceed with an in-person exam and consultation for denture and dental hygiene care. If we determine that care can be provided on the same day based on the client's needs and our over-the-phone screening, we will make every effort to do so. However, some procedures may require multiple appointments. We are always transparent with our fees and costs prior to beginning any treatment, and we provide all treatment options along with their pros and cons, risks and benefits, and associated costs. Our goal is to work with all clients, decision-makers, power of attorneys (POA), public guardians and trustees (PGT), and we prioritize communication for proper informed consent before proceeding with any treatment.

Is your dental equipment portable?

We happily inform you that our equipment is entirely portable, which means we can provide you with Denture and Dental Hygiene services regardless of your location. We strictly adhere to the infection control protocols by Ontario Public Health to safeguard your safety and well-being. Our team takes all the necessary precautions, including disinfecting all equipment and sterilizing instruments, to follow the rules and regulations of Infection Prevention and Control guidelines (IPAC).

Dental Insurance? How do you handle this for the client?

We are dedicated to helping our clients with their dental insurance claims. If your dental insurance permits electronic claim submission, we will ensure that it is done promptly. However, if mailing is required, we will provide you with a manual claim form that is properly signed to guarantee that you receive the benefits you are entitled to. We also provide assistance with predetermination.

Please note that insurance companies often reimburse clients quickly for dental care. Therefore, we do not accept insurance cheques as payment. Instead, clients are expected to pay for the service promptly within 14 days of the procedure using cash, cheque, e-transfer, or Visa and Mastercard with a 3.4% processing fee on the total amount due.

Do you accept Ontario Disability Support Program(ODSP) and Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (OSDCP)?

Yes, Here in our office we also work with clients who are on the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (OSDCP). We believe everyone has the right to receive care and break down barriers to access to care even with these programs.
